Free after-sales Hardware support

We offer free hardware support for Hardware purchased from us, 7 days a week. If we cannot sort it, we will get Manufacturer support. If all fails we will organise the Return Number to enable you to send it back to the manufacturer.

Of course if DOA (dead on Arrival) we will sort the replacement next day.

This is a business to business site. Returns are not accepted, although we are prepared to consider requests for returns. Faulty goods on arrival (DOA) will be replaced. If a Return is accepted there may be a charge of up to 25% for restocking.  Any such returns agreed to must be unused and in original packaging.
